ABOUT MATT

“Life beats down and crushes the soul and art reminds you that you have one.”-Stella Adler

Matt is a New York based Actor. Since the age of five, when he would recite TV commercials and reenact episodes of "The Crocodile Hunter" for his parents, Matt has always had a love for performing and a passion for telling stories. Born and raised on Long Island, Matt grew up with Broadway in his backyard! He caught the theatre bug early and filled his childhood with school plays, voice lessons, community theatre, acting classes, and student films as well as seven summers spent at Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts Camp.

After high school, Matt decided to take his talents to South Beach, attending the University of Miami, where he recently graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre.

Matt is an avid Mets and Jets fan (yes theatre people can like sports!), a runner, a self-described cinephile, and is always down to debate you on who should win the Iron Throne.
